StoryVerse Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StoryVerse, including our website, our early-access waitlist, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

The Service is operated by Storyverse Inc. ("Storyverse," "we," "us," or "our"). If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at hello@storyverseai.art.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

StoryVerse is building a tool that turns a story into a film with the help of AI. The Service as it stands today is:

Joining the waitlist is a request to be told when early access opens. It is not a purchase, not a reservation, and not a promise that access will be offered to you, on any particular date or at all.

The Service does not yet include user accounts, paid subscriptions, uploads, or the product itself. We may add these, and additional terms may apply when they become available.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts

The Service is available without creating an account. If we introduce accounts in the future, you may be required to provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

If accounts are introduced, you will be responsible for activity under your account unless the activity is caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

The Service is free to access. We may introduce paid subscriptions, credits, or other paid offerings in the future.

If paid offerings are introduced, we will provide the applicable pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before you purchase. Additional payment terms may apply.

6. Storyverse Content

The Service contains content owned by Storyverse or its licensors, including text, graphics, design elements, videos, documentation, website content, and related materials ("Storyverse Content").

Except as expressly allowed by these Terms or by a separate written permission, you may not:

You may use publicly available educational content for your own learning, internal reference, and production workflows.

7. Third-Party Services and Materials

The Service uses or links to third-party services, including providers of hosting, database and storage, security, email delivery, and analytics.

Third-party services are not controlled by Storyverse. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, tools, models, storage services, embeds, or external links.

8. Acceptable Use

9. No Professional Advice

The Service provides educational and informational content. It does not provide legal, financial, employment, production safety, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own creative, technical, legal, and business decisions.

10. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may update the website, its content, and the features described on it.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Service, Storyverse Content, documentation, and links are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storyverse disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that:

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storyverse Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storyverse's total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Storyverse Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for Storyverse or others, or used the Service in a harmful or unlawful way.

If accounts are introduced in the future, you may stop using the Service or close your account according to the account settings we provide.
